Hard work pays off with ISO award

Following the 14001 certification,Safety, Health and Environment Manager Ian Higginson said: “It was a team effort in gaining these accreditations. However, I’d especially like to thank the Works Department for the hard work and effort they put into clearing the site and improve processes and working areas.

“Customer Services deserve a mention for the creation, implementation, training and rapid processing of new procedures and the closing of outstanding non conformances. And finally, Compliance Manager Gillian Manniex for ensuring time scales were kept by departments, aiding departments build their procedures, working through weekends and out of office hours to deliver the documentation required to satisfy all the requirements of the standards.”
